I have always been a voracious reader, but my favorite books growing up were Laura Ingalls Wilder's 'Little House' series. I identified with both her love for and fear of exploring new territory - and of course our shared name of 'Laura Elizabeth'.While I haven't spent as much time '...in the Big Woods' or '...on the Prairie', I thrive exploring my own version of new territories - implementing strategic and change management programs. My MBA coursework, completed in 2011, provided me with the context and frameworks to hone my natural ability to synthesize and realize disparate ideas, align stakeholders, and make profitable change happen.I am currently the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Sovos Compliance, where I lead large cross-functional initiatives and support strategic planning and analysis.From 2006 until 2014, I focused on collaboration and innovation at Tocci Building Companies, where I specialized in technology implementations, team formation strategies, process design, innovation management, and workshop facilitation. In addition to implementing internal programs as a member of Tocci's Executive Committee, I worked with a diverse client base, spanning industries and including the public sector, private companies, and publicly-traded organizations.
