I started career as a programmer in banking industry since 1999 with GHL System Berhad. I was a team member in the Electronic Draft Capture (EDC) team focuses on Credit Card accpetance devices customization for Malaysia. It was only after 3-year that I decided to venture into the virtual banking world (inclusive but not limited to commerce banking and Internet banking). That is when I was given the opportunity to join Hitachi-eBworx Sdn Bhd (previously known as eBworx Berhad) as Senioor System Engineer. With the understanding of various banking integration protocols and standards, I soon be assigned to handle host integration design and implementation for all the projects. While the roles and responsibilities required close communication to project teams, I was then able to leverage on this to better understand the products and business of our customers. Moving forward, I join Technical Services Group, which provides in-depth technical advisory that is relevant to the business domains for projects in need. With the accumulated breadth of knowledge across technical and business over 11-year, I was then appointed as the Head of Technology Arhictecture focuses on business strategy with technology enablement and has the opportunity to work with a team to pioneer Mobile developments in Hitachi-eBworx Sdn Bhd.
