Softcat Ltd is an information technology services company which provides software licensing, it services, hardware infrastructure, security solutions and cloud solutions.

I joined Softcat 20 years ago when the Company was in its infancy. Back then it had around 10 employees; now it has around 750 and it's still growing. I've progressed through in Sales, Customer Services and Finance gaining a great insight into all aspects of the business before finding my home in HR and Recruitment in 2001.We continue to grow year on year and I work closely with the senior team to devise our People Strategy which will help take the business forward. I also spearhead our enviable employee health, wellbeing and benefits provision.Softcat is a great place to work, as evidenced by its string of awards and industry accolades.
