Within the HR area I have gained sound knowledge and experience in the field of leadership and organizational development, both as a line manager, project manager, process owner and internal training consultant / facilitator. I have operated in close partnership with HR teams, line-and project managers and functions to support in all L&D matters. I have worked with translating the business needs into specific development program actions within the areas of Leadership Development, Team Development, Performance Management, Talent Management and Development / Assessment Centres, such as training and supporting leaders to prepare for future growth and to conduct change processes, coaching leaders to focus on their leadership roles to enable them to successfully manage business and people issues, facilitating processes to help teams identify competencies that are keys to continued growth and meeting future challenges, supporting Management Teams in designing and identifying top talents and successors to future leadership positions. I regard myself to be a person who finds it easy to carry out my projects, who is goal-orientated and who is driven by the will to produce results. In my work I am independent, outward looking and place great demand on commitment and strategic planning. Furthermore I assess myself to have a high work capacity, to be reliable in terms of how I deliver, to be creative and to be looking constantly for efficient solutions.
