As the Learning & Development Manager at Silverline, I enable my colleagues learn new skills and grow in their careers. Through targeted in-person learning programs as well as self-paced online courses, my job is to create and facilitate learning and career development opportunities for the whole company. In my previous positions with McKinsey & Company and UNICEF, I helped the organizations learn and communicate effectively, both internally and externally, as part of an overall communications strategy. I accomplish this by designing targeted learning programs and delivering in-person and online training courses – from new hires to the most tenured employee. My training style is collaborative and personable, and I have extensive experience training individuals and groups from different countries, cultures, and skill levels, from both the public and private sector. Following my passions has led me down a unique path. From grassroots community service to international development to global communications, I've discovered that learning lies at the heart of true change within any organization.
