He is a Security Consultant specializing in workplace violence prevention, risk assessment, and verbal de-escalation. Brad serves as a Security Manager, Environment of Care Committee Chairperson, Hospital Safety Officer, and Emergency Preparedness Coordinator. He is a leader in the implementation of healthcare safety programs including workplace violence prevention, active shooter response, and verbal de-escalation training.
