HIGHLIGHTS •Supervise staff, graduate assistants, practicum students, and interns. •Oversee grants; manage budgets, plan, implement and evaluate programming, act as a resource, educate community members and stakeholders. •Coordinate the development and implementation of the SIH Community Health Needs Assessment •Work with schools, churches, worksites, and community partners to create policy, system and environmental changes to improve health. •Provides educational presentations to a variety of audiences. •Participates in and/ or provides leadership for various committees and coalitions such as the Healthy Southern Illinois Delta Network, Diabetes Today Resource Team, Cancer Action Team, etc.
