Managerial Experience -Three years experience acting as manager for up to 4 different departments (100+ employees) at once. -Five years experience in small business/start up environment. -Excels at creation of new policy and procedure. -Experience directly assisting executives with day to day operations, calendar work, special projects, events, and client relationship management. -Head trainer for a total of 6 different departments and consistently produced high quality employees. Technical Skills/Software -Proficient with heavy use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word Powerpoint, etc), Fieldcomm, and Zendesk. -Strong communication skills and ability to build quick rapport with staff, vendors, customers, and high level clients. -Experienced in high volume phone and email use. -Currently typing 90+ wpm.
