I am an energetic, fun-loving manager, whose infectious enthusiasm and passion inspires my teams to achieve and exceed all expectations. I am a retail business manager, with over 13 years of sales success. My positive attitude and encouraging leadership capabilities translates into building effective and hard working teams. I possess excellent coaching abilities along with exceptional communication skills, and my consistency as a top manager is evident through my teams' consistently high performance results and effective sales strategies. But none of this would be possible without having a true love for what I do, and for getting to work for a brand that inspires me everyday to do great things. Shinola is about passion. The passion to make products that are as beautiful as they are useful. And to make them right here in America. We’re starting in Detroit and tackling hard categories like watches first, a product that hasn't been mass-produced in the US for decades. We're building a state-of-the-art watch movement and assembly factory with the help of Ronda AG, a 65-year old movement manufacturer based in Lausen, Switzerland. If we can successfully bring watch manufacturing back to the US, we believe we’ll be able to create a template to produce anything here again. Come join us!
