In my 9 years of tenure at Sedgwick I've lead major staffing activities’ for the Specialty Operations, National Call Center Operations, Casualty Retail, and Medicare Compliance divisions. In my current role I specialize in nationwide full cycle recruitment for the Casualty Retail operations division. My primary focus includes, but is not limited to, the following states: GA, OH, NC, SC, IL and FL. Early in my tenure, Sedgwick implemented a work at home program for our National Call Centers to embrace telecommuting in the new age of technology. As the lead recruiter for that initiative I handled all aspects of the recruiting, selection and staffing processes for our work at home colleagues. I was later promoted to my current assignment as lead recruiter for Casualty Retail Operations.
