I’m a highly motivated commercial real estate professional with 15+ years of experience with a title of Director of Operations in Property/Construction Management and 11 years of experience as a Telecommunications Engineer working for AT&T, Verizon and Con Edison Communications. I’m also proud to share with you the opportunity I had to be part of New York’s Finest. The New York City Police Department for 3+ years as a street cop where I learned some of the most critical communication skills necessary to do my job. Throughout my career working for private owners, I have learned how to reduce building operation expenses through research and development, build strong leadership skills, negotiate contracts/bids and act and think like a property owner. I started in this industry as a day porter cleaning bathrooms, punch boiler tubes and troubleshooting HVAC and electrical issues to mention a few. I have developed skills along the way that allow me to use my skill set in all the different facets as it relates to property/building management and facility operation needs.
