Twenty-one years of experience in the Human Resources Management field. She has supported the human resources component of several acquisitions and mergers of organizations up to $500 Million in revenue, and varying in size from twenty (20) to 1800 employees, and the successful merger and integration of the HR functional areas. She supported the scaling of HR processes to effectively support the organization as it grew from 200 to 1000 employees, including process automation and systems implementation. She has been responsible for administering a full range of human resources policies, programs and practices for companies of over 1000 employees, to include: strategic planning, developing, implementing and directing human resources functions such as employee relations, new employee on boarding process, company termination process, compensation management, affirmative action and equal employment opportunity compliance and reporting. She has shown expertise in developing, implementing company policies and procedures and has administered all company benefits including; 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, long and short term disability, workers compensation, unemployment paperwork processing, COBRA administration, leaves of absence (to include PTO, FMLA, STD, LTD, Bereavement, Paternity, and Maternity, Section 125), life insurance and additional optional benefits. She has a working knowledge of local, state and federal employment law and maintaining compliance in these areas. She has a successful track record of identifying HR solutions and advising managers in employee relations, superior problem solving and conflict resolution skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and works well independently and in a team environment.
