Salem Hospital is one of the largest imaging student training centers in Oregon. Our imaging center performs over 12,000 procedures monthly making it one of the most utilized services in our region. In 2008, Salem Hospital Imaging Center performed approximately 245,000 diagnostic imaging procedures. Our services are proven and our expertise is unsurpassed. Implemented population health technology, established clinical programs for 100,000 lives. Strengthened the balance sheet of a large community hospital over 10 years to increase cash by $300 million while investing $540 million in the physical plant. Maintained an average operating EBIDA of 11%. Implemented a strategic planning and execution process utilizing Lean methodology and tools. Developed a public finance strategy for a $285 million facility replacement. Navigated the 2008 bond market collapse within six months.
