I am lucky enough to have lived most of my life in the beautiful state of Idaho, and to have worked the past 6 years at St. Luke's Health System. I'm an experienced human resources professional with a love for healthcare recruiting. I find great satisfaction in helping smart and passionate healthcare providers find careers in our beloved communities. I'm skilled in customer service, strategic planning and process improvement. I'm always trying to think of what I can do to make a process more efficient, make a better candidate/client experience, and have a better impact on the business! Not only am I personally vested in my career because I believe in the mission of this company and I love this beautiful state, but because my family and I are also patients. Knowing that I can help (in a tiny way) by bringing a Physician to St. Luke's who performs a life-saving surgery, or a Nurse Practitioner who treats my son kindly when he's scared at an appointment, is an amazing feeling.
