Marketing Director

Saint Alphonsus is a healthcare organisation that provides optimal care for all critically ill and injured patients.

I am the Director of Marketing for Saint Alphonsus Health System and responsible for extending the brand image, preference and positive reputation of our services throughout our four hospital, 60+ clinic health system. Saint Alphonsus is a member of Trinity Health, one of the nation's largest not-for-profit Catholic healthcare systems. By focusing on patient experience, highlighting key medical services and innovations, creating awareness around where to go for the most appropriate care, and implementing disease screening and safety prevention efforts, I have helped guide many service lines and programs in making a positive difference in how patients access and receive care. In doing so, I have also supported the organization's Mission to be a compassionate and transforming healing presence within our community. Prior to joining Saint Alphonsus, I spent ten years in the high tech industry, leading strategic marketing efforts internationally. I worked with top device manufacturers such as Microsoft, Palm, IBM, Compaq, HP, Nokia, Ericsson and Bosch to develop co-marketing strategies linked to their use of Bluetooth synchronization software. I also played a key role in managing market research and strategic planning efforts for a telecommunications firm focused on a surge of mergers and acquisitions in the early 1990's. I recently served a six year term on the Board of Directors of the Idaho Humane Society, along with volunteering with the organization since 1999. I am a graduate of Leadership Boise, Trinity Health's Foundations in Leadership Graduate, Saint Alphonsus President's Commendation Nominee, and an Idaho Business Review Healthcare Heroes Award Winner. I also recently received the Tribute to Women in Industry (TWIN) award, provided by the Women's & Children's Alliance (WCA).
