With 15+ years HR system experience I’ve seen how complex HR system infrastructures can become. For a multitude of reasons a large number of companies are faced with managing many different systems, maybe Oracle, SAP, Workday for core HR. Cornerstone, SumTotal, or similar for learning, and a mix of other systems or manual processes for recruiting, performance, succession and other areas.
