Ryan serves customers throughout the United States with offices in the North, Midwest, Great Lakes, SouthEast, SouthCentral, SouthWest and West regions. Ryan was named the 2007 National Developer of the Year by NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

In my professional and public roles, I bring more than three decades of value-driven, people-centered experience, guided by the belief that everyone has something to contribute and we all do better when each one of us does better. In my role at Ryan as Chief Impact Officer, I am responsible for driving Ryan’s community stewardship initiatives and creating environments and experiences—internally and externally—that help our team members, partners, and our communities thrive. From growing a diverse workforce to shrinking economic inequities, from minimizing our carbon footprint to maximizing the benefits of real estate projects to the neighborhoods in which they are built, I focus on the big picture and connect the dots to create a clear path forward—one that is both socially and economically beneficial to all. I am currently looking for a for-profit board position, bringing my extensive experience in board leadership with non-profit organizations and government service. My passion is helping companies navigate change, develop their people, and connect with communities. Call me!
