Jon Herstein has over 15 years of progressive experience in international development program design and implementation, with a focus on international human resources. He currently serves as the Senior Human Resources (HR) Business Partner in RTI’s International Development Group (IDG). In this capacity, he provides strategic leadership, support services, and oversight to a business unit with annual revenue in excess of $250M, and with a global workforce of over 1,400 employees, including local nationals and international and domestic staff. Areas of strategic inputs include staff development, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and global HR operations.
