Kim Holland has more than 26 years of diverse infrastructure engineering experience. As RS&H's Strategy Leader of Infrastructure, she leads new business growth, client relationship management, and strategy development. Her cross-sector markets include Aviation, Federal, Transportation, and Construction Management. Kim has managed large scale projects and as a result of her professional accomplishments, she has been published in industry recognized magazines. She has been associated with national award winning projects and has spoken at numerous conferences. She has been most recently recognized by the Girl Scouts as a Woman of Distinction in 2021. Kim is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering where she was the valedictorian of her Civil Engineering class. She is a registered professional engineer and is LEED Accredited. Kim serves her community through involvement on the Florida Chamber Foundation Board of Trustees and Jacksonville Women's Network.
