My name is Adam, and am a strategic and well-organized Chief of Operations. Entrepreneurship runs through my veins as I started my own business at 19 and became the founding member of 2 successful healthcare start-up companies, growing to 1000 and 1500 employees (and to $10 and $25 million respectfully). I am deeply passionate about improving healthcare and delivering a better experience for clinicians and their patients. I have 12+ years' experience (including 10+ years in executive management) within Healthcare and Health-Tech. I hold a joint BA and BS in Business Administration and Biology, as well as numerous certifications such as Certified Scrum Master and MS Excel Expert. I am a natural problem-solver with a data and process-driven mindset, who delivers optimal results and value. Throughout my career, I've developed significant experience in building structures and processes in start-ups (from the early bootstrap phase to the capital-rich phase) and have become a growth and scalability wizard. I am recognized for growing and developing management teams, increasing efficiency, and supporting the scaling of rapidly growing company operations. Key Achievements: -Led managers in weekly Cost of Goods (COGs) improvement, leading to feedback loops between all managers that improved margins from 25% to 45% in a 1 month period saving over $200K in monthly COGs. -Increased workforce and revenue growth by 5X in 6 months by delivering a semi-automated high-volume recruitment pipeline that delivered 30-40 hires per week. -Maintained all trial account KPIs during Rapid Growth, resulting in 100% conversion and retention. -Created the Elite Academy Medical Scribe e-learning training program, leading to a 70% reduction of onsite training (100 hours to 30 hours), and $100K in annual revenue. -Oversaw a team of 11 managers, 200 accounts, 30+ new program implementations, and 700+ medical scribes across 26 states (yielding 177% company growth).
