As a proficient Construction Manager with over 20 years of expertise, Robert Landis carries impressive credentials. As the Manager of redevelopment for Hamilton Air Force Base, in California, Robert directed the conversion (all vertical projects) from multi-family condos to upscale single-family homes. He concurrently directed the construction of five residential communities. Robert, a focused and award-winning professional in his trade, is respected for his unique type of hands-on approach. He is known for his high level of customer service bringing value where he builds lasting relationships with his customers and city officials and staff. As a trainer for those in career advancement, Robert offers the tools of leadership and direction as he provides team-building expertise, and motivation. He exhibits excellent communication skills that help get the job done right the first time. Robert is adept at organizing construction projects for residential, commercial and parking structures. He is an effective leader, and is an expert at instituting goals and creating top-notch teams. Robert’s service in the U.S. Navy from 1980-1988, sets the backdrop for his construction experience in later years.
