A seasoned private equity professional with experience overseeing all aspects of fund administration for a global private equity firm including transactional support for both acquisitions and exits, transactional structuring, and reporting and communications to investors. Additional responsibilities include the oversight of the tax and audit compliance process including the review and supervision of the quarterly valuation process. My experience involves both domestic and foreign partnerships as well as domestic and international investments. My background includes extensive involvement with both the partnership and general partner side of the business as well as the accounting associated with the management company for a private equity business. My responsibilities have included HR related and investor relations matters as well as a review of the legal documentation related to transactions and private equity partnerships and co-investment vehicles.
