A leader and trusted advisor to Rightpoint’s co-founders, Jobin has played an integral role in the Agency’s explosive growth since he joined in 2010, in building the Agency of the future. As the Chief Growth Officer, Jobin is currently responsible for charting the future path by incubating additional offerings and defining and executing the M&A strategy to build a truly differentiated Experience agency with Digital Transformation at its core. Prior to this role as the Executive Director, Jobin led operations and was responsible for the P&L of the company and all Rightpoint offices in the US and our offshore operations. Jobin has lead the integration of 4 acquired companies by extending the Rightpoint culture and brand to the offices that came as part of the integration. A technologist at heart with a solid track record, Jobin has an insatiable appetite for growth which resulted in a diversified portfolio of five solution offerings that are experience focused and data driven. Affectionately referred to by his colleagues as “Jobi-Wan,” Jobin demonstrates an instinctive gift for recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring highly motivated teams and he also plays a key role supporting customers and ensuring high client satisfaction. His contributions to partner relationships have had a direct impact on establishing Rightpoint as a Sitecore Platinum Partner and Episerver’s “North American Premium Partner of the Year.” Prior to joining Rightpoint, Jobin served as Managing Director at The Glenture Group, and held leadership positions at GE, Hartford, CNA, and DiamondCluster International. Jobin earned a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Information Systems from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University, and a Bachelor degree of Information Systems from DePaul University.
