Since its start in 2007, Rightpoint expanded to over 500 team members across 10 offices and earned a reputation as the leading independent customer experience agency. Brad also co-founded Wired Matrix, a systems integration firm, which more than quadrupled in size in three years. In 2002, Brad led the successful merger of Wired Matrix with another consulting firm.
