My focus is on leading relationships with our Enterprise customers, ensuring that Ricoh understands and responds to customer needs, to drive and deliver quality service, value and innovation. I am part of the Ricoh UK IT Services Management team and responsible for leading the IT Services Sales teams into Ricoh’s Enterprise customers. I hold a BSc in Business Studies and have over 20 years’ experience in the IT & Technology industry. Over the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of working closely with many customers, with a passion to become as an individual, a team and a business, someone who they can trust and value, to help them meet and overcome the challenges they face. IT doesn’t always work and there is always a need to go faster, better, cheaper or drive new ways of working & innovation. In the end it comes down to finding people and partners, that you can rely upon and trust to deliver for you when it matters. As an individual, through my team and at Ricoh, that is what we are all about I bring my experience and expertise to work with customers in order to identify how Ricoh can successfully deliver services and solutions that add value, overcome problems and meet their specific objectives, through the right mix of people, process and technology. I like to challenge and I’m not afraid to bring new ideas and ways of thinking to the table in order to drive the customer and the Ricoh business to deliver the best possible business outcome.
