Jeff is a collaborative, results-driven, HR leader with more than 28 years of talent, compensation and benefits management experience, specializing in human resource integration and due diligence related to acquisitions. As Chief Human Capital Officer for Reyes Holdings, Jeff overseas global talent succession planning, executive coaching, and recruitment as well as compensation benefits for the company's 140 food and beverage distribution facilities employing 18,000 people in 19 countries. Jeff’s passion for the business is evident in Reyes Holdings' strategic talent development plans designed to meet the needs of the holding company and its subsidiaries ongoing growth. Jeff has been engaged in over 300 acquisitions in his career, from transactions such as Nestlé’s purchase of Ralston Purina, Hitachi’s purchase of IBM’s disc drive business, Koch Industries acquisition of the DuPont Chemical Fibers Division and dozens of Reyes Holdings purchases such as the acquisition of Reinhart FoodService, Keystone Foods global distribution business, Gold Coast Beverage Distributors, and Great Lakes Coca-Cola Distribution. Jeff is the founding Co-Chair of the Chicago HR Leadership Summit and has taught advanced classes for World at Work. He is the Co-Chair for American Cancer Society - Executive Committee for the Chicago Select Golf Classic, a member of Highmark BCBS Client Advisory Board, and a member of the John Hancock Retirement Plan Services Client Advisory Board as well as a former Board of Director for the Old Town School of Music.
