I am an experienced recruitment professional based in London with almost 10 years in the sector. What I enjoy, and what my job is, is solving problems. Whether it's leading a change project, developing a roadmap to help our clients, designing an effective outsourcing model or sharing ideas about the future of the market (usually through nabbing other peoples findings!) - coming up with innovative solutions to solve the everyday problems of my clients and contacts is what I enjoy. The problem is that, get me on a topic I enjoy and I will probably do it for free! Working at Reed Talent Solutions gives me a massive toolkit with which to come up with these answers. From L&D, work packages & SOW, talent management programs, apprenticeships, various technology platforms, managed services & recruitment outsourcing or our trusted branch network, the range of service we offer means I can come up with a plan to solve most problems! My job is to bring all of these together, supplementing them with the best in class from the wider market and the most modern thinking, and create something that works and carries on working well in to the future.
