My strengths lie in developing recruitment and selection strategies, managing and developing people, driving peak performance and developing strong internal and external relationships. I am Head of Internal Recruitment for Reed Specialist Recruitment, the UK's largest family owned recruitment business. This position is responsible for volume and bespoke recruitment for a variety of positions from Consultant to Director level at over 200 locations throughout the UK. I lead a team of 10 in managing and developing the recruitment strategy, including attraction, selection, identifying and managing movement of internal talent, employer branding, and ultimately ensuring a world class recruitment experience for candidates.
