Everyday I’m inspired by the dedicated volunteers, international delegates and the teams of employees who deliver aid to those most in need, as part of the global Red Cross Red Crescent network. Work is never dull - in the span of a day, my priorities might shift from blue sky strategic thinking to the intensity and adrenaline of mobilizing people to respond to sudden onset disasters. It’s not easy work - I’ve faced the toughest challenges of my career at the Red Cross and as a result grown professionally and personally.
