Sr. Director, IT Infrastructure & Operations Operations | Technology Director | Change Management When I started at Rapid7 my immediate focus was aligning my teams around business services and capabilities with a mission to evolve the way we all work. Apart from building the teams, my first few years focused on leading the charge on building a strong technology foundation that included introducing Single Sign-On using Okta, stronger IT change management, modernizing WiFi and wired network, complete virtualization of compute resources and moving to the cloud. Most recently my focus has been on overall productivity where we changed some major ways we work by leveraging SaaS and modern platforms with implementation of Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom. (I’m an infrastructure guy that made it my mission to get rid of traditional infrastructure :) )
