I have successfully taken three nascent or early-stage ventures to completion: (1) Zynga, the world's leading social gaming company, where I helped establish one of the top Analytics departments in the world and lead the analysts, quantitative, and qualitative researchers; (2) Telephia, an early stage market research and competitive intelligence startup, where I established the Measurement Science department, that was profitably sold to Nielsen; and (3) Telecom Services at Abacus Direct, a new service within an existing database marketing company, that created new profit streams. I have achieved this record by applying my advanced skills in team management and deep experience with quantitative analysis, creating solutions to difficult business problems and developing new data products that directly address customer needs.
