• Over 15 years experience leading worldwide OSS software development, professional services and technical support operations and teams • Led the operations of the Mycom-OSI's worldwide professional services group in the development and delivery of OSS solutions. Focused on building key customer relations, working collaboratively across the organization to apply to deliver on time, high value solutions to customers via standard practices and processes. * Led Mycom-OSI WW technical support center operations.
