I became a member of my credit union in 1986 and an employee in 2001. I am currently responsible for organizing, scheduling, and directing the activities of the Card Services Department. Oversee all card processing functions, recording, and projects. Develops and implements departmental procedures and modifies as needed. Ensures that card processing operations activities are conducted in accordance with established standards. Assists in the resolution of difficult or sensitive card processing transactions. Trains, coordinates, supervises, and appraises personnel. Ensures that services are delivered professionally and efficiently.
