Marketing and Partnerships leader with extensive experience creating media strategies and partnerships that drive massive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Demonstrated success in startup and enterprise environments, at agencies and in-house, and in leading teams to exceed revenue and ROI targets across both B2C and B2SMB audiences. I started my career at a leading affiliate marketing agency, where I learned the nuts and bolts of partnership marketing, forming and managing relationships to launch marketing partnerships that grew sales and revenue for our clients and greater monetization for our publishers. I loved growing my pipeline of publishers and forming close relationships with top performers. From there I moved to a leading performance marketing company where I launched and managed publisher partnerships, ultimately leveling up to Sr. Director to lead media strategy for the Home Finance vertical. I recruited new media partners, managed all marketing investments, and led media acquisition and product initiatives that helped grow the business. I also managed a team of marketers, providing analytical coaching and mentorship to maximize category growth and career development. After that experience, I wanted to move in–house to a well-known brand so that I could approach marketing in a more holistic way. I joined the team at Yelp as their first in-house lead for the Partnerships channel, driving acquisition and revenue growth from both paid and strategic brand partnerships. I also lead efforts to evaluate new paid media channels - such as Connected TV and Mobile Preloads - that help drive our ambitious local business and consumer growth goals. What I love most about digital marketing, and partnership marketing, in particular, is that it combines some of my biggest strengths - relationship building, creative problem solving, and data analysis - where I can put the puzzle pieces together to create marketing strategies that drive really successful business outcomes such as new customers, revenue growth, and campaign profitability.
