During my 13 years of digital marketing I’ve worn many hats and worked on numerous campaigns including Sales, Account Management, Analytics, Operations, and Media. I believe strong Operations and Analytics are the most crucial areas for a successful digital marketing campaign and I have spent the past 7 years leading these teams at QuinStreet. A few examples of my achievements include: •Built, trained, and led a team of 13 Operation and Marketing Analysts from scratch •Implemented standardized, end-to-end signing to launch procedures to improve efficiency of launch cycle from 10 business days to 2 business days •Managed and grew marketing spend from $7M to $20M in 6 months through optimization and media right-pricing in order to successfully hit client KPI's
