Marcy is a growth- oriented general manager, sales executive and broad-scale leader with a career-long record of leading high-performance teams including leading high growth businesses, multi-billion dollar sales operations, business development, and marketing success for large and small organizations (including Boomi, PayPal, Qubole, Netscape, and IBM). She has led growing businesses across multiple industries including fintech, data analytics, cloud computing, SaaS, PaaS and communications. Marcy is currently the Chief Revenue Officer of Boomi, where she is responsible for all revenue amd revenue operations for the company worldwide. Previously, Marcy led two of Paypal’s preeminent business units and managed a 800+ person global team responsible for Global Sales Operations & Technical Enablement for all merchants worldwide as well as Global Sales for Venmo, QR- code, Enterprise in Store, Shopping and Honey. She previously served as VP of Sales for North America and Australia. Marcy originally joined Paypal via Braintree. Along with large global leadership, Marcy has a track record of success for smaller high -growth businesses such as Qubole and Engine Yard (one of the original cloud players), and began her career with Lotus and IBM. Marcy serves on the Board of Directors for Code Climate, the leading provider of Engineering Intelligence Software. Until recently, she was a Director of Zix Corporation (Nasdaq:ZIXI), a leading provider of cloud email security solutions which was recently acquired by OpenText (Nasdaq:OTEX), and served as a Corporate Board Member for NextRoll Corporation, a machine learning marketing platform that gathers data, delivers reliable insights, and provides businesses. She is a Board Regent for the University of Hartford and is a Board of Advisors of Fiddler Labs, a machine learning start up. Marcy also serves on the board of the Bay Area Chapter of the Asian University for Women, located in Chittagong, Bangladesh.
