Qualitas Australia provides a comprehensive range of professional management services to independent general practitioners and medical centres. We work predominately in partnership with doctors, giving them the freedom to work within their existing practices or to join one of our established group medical centres. We provide a variety of solutions dependent on the unique situations which each GP and their practice is looking to achieve. Our services are designed to streamline administrative processes and the day to day running of medical centres. We equip our centers with the tools, resources, and procedures necessary to allow our GPs more time to focus on clinical care while also attending to a greater volume of patients. These services include: Operations and Practice Management; Recruitment and Business Development; Finance & Accounting Services; and Legal & HR Services Our integrated service model also offers GPs and their patients access to a range of diagnostic and support services, including radiology, pathology, dentistry and pharmacy. With more than fifteen years’ experience in finance combined with MBAs from two of the world’s most respected institutions, I have an extensive skills base and a truly commercial outlook. I have progressed up the career ladder at Courts (Fiji), a household name in retail and consumer finance, and I was the first local CEO for the business. I was responsible for the executive management of the entire business operation in Fiji during a time of change. By implementing a strategy of process improvement and maximising opportunities, I was able to secure a 74% increase in pre-tax profits and a turnover growth of 17%. My current role as General Manager of six medical centres demands high levels of strategic planning to achieve profitability and successful resource management. I am very active in my community; my love of sport and my desire to give something back to society by using my skills has led me to take on a number of voluntary positions. I am now looking for an exciting role as Chief Financial Officer for a thriving company where I can make good use of my skills and contribute to the success of a business.
