I'm the Corporate Communications Senior Manager at QTC Management, where I have built the communications department from the ground up. Since 2015, I have transformed a one-person operation into a diverse team of marketing professionals. My current responsibilities include executing annual company goals and developing and releasing campaigns concentrating on internal and external communications. With more than 25 years of experience, I have a strong background in integrated marketing, program management, strategic planning, and marketing strategy development. I worked as the Marketing Communications Manager for Posey Company and the Marketing Director for Acorn Engineering Company. In these roles, I focused on print production and advertising, but as media platforms changed how users consume information, I shifted towards digital strategies. My focus includes social media, website release and management, search engine optimization, and photography/video. I firmly believe in mentoring junior individuals, whether that’s as an Alumni Representative for my alma mater Simmons University or as the head of my department. I am also involved with diversity and inclusion events, employee resource groups, and volunteer efforts supporting community outreach programs, both in my local community of Pasadena, California and nationwide. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry Management from Simmons University and a Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing from Emerson College. I am also a certified crisis communications planner and have an Advanced Online Strategies certificate from the University of San Francisco.
