I am an accomplished IT leader who achieves results by creating a transformative vision for IT and bringing it to fruition. I lead and deliver solutions with innovative enterprise technologies. My expertise spans ERPs, wholesale distribution, warehouse management and logistics, manufacturing, business technologies (O365), Business Intelligence, and process methodologies (Agile).I am known for delivering tier one enterprise deployments, including: ERPs (SAP), eCommerce systems (hybris), WMS systems (HighJump), Business Intelligence (HANA, Azure, AWS) and Office365 including SharePoint administration. I demonstrate strong conceptual understanding of business technologies and deep expertise with Agile processes for the whole Enterprise.As a leader, I leverage purpose, autonomy and mastery to help employees to grow and realize their potential and the organizations goals. As a program leader I lead and deliver large scale enterprise solutions. I translate information both ways: vision and strategy to the technical team, capabilities and complexity to leadership.
