I have over 20 years of experience working in Software Development, Product Management, and Data and Analytics across multiple industries. Currently, I work as the Head of Investments and Operations Technology where I manage a division of over one hundred developers and product managers. I am extremely passionate about maturing our agile process to scale our ability to deliver superior investment performance and operational efficiency. Previously, I worked at Disney where I spent over a decade developing global digital experiences for ESPN, Disney, and ABCNews. This digital media experience has enabled me to bring innovation and modern software development techniques to bear in the highly regulated financial services industry. With a focus on long-term thinking and developing genuine business understanding, my teams have created award-winning websites, built new business lines, and patented technology. I am actively working to develop a community in Boston of technology practitioners via the New England Enterprise Architecture Meetup.
