Senior Manager, Learning and Development

Develops the capability of mid-level managers through the creation of new training programs and development resources, effectively building skills to enable high performing and engaged teams. Manages the organization effectiveness survey process (Gallup Q12) to ensure the company has appropriate data and facts to improve employee engagement. Develops Management Development/Emerging Leader program as a framework to help divisions successfully, hire, onboard, develop and train top tier outside industry talent. Facilitates leadership and coaching programs for operational teams and deliver StrengthsFinder 2.0 coaching and education. Organize and execute multi-day departmental Human Resources meetings with attendees across six Areas to drive towards critical decisions and to solicit feedback on annual plans and goals. Partner with the HR Technology team on various projects enabling training programs via the SuccessFactors Learning Management System and analyze reports of employee completion and status.
