I am a highly energetic person who is lucky enough to have a job where I can utilize my skills and passion on a daily basis. As Wellbeing Specialist, I wear several hats at Terracon - marketer, strategist, educator, mentor, designer, researcher and many others. As a result, I have a unique skill set that allows me to manage complex challenges and collaborate well with others. My professional experiences have taught me the following: - Education is never a waste of time. - It is okay to freak out as long as you can pull it together and get the job done. - Nothing is tragic as long as you understand what you did wrong and work hard to make it right. - It doesn't matter who get's the credit - we are all on the same team. - Don't be afraid of what you don't know; but also don't pretend you know when you don't. - Treat everyone with genuine emotional correctness and they will be more likely to listen to your point of view. - Life is a marathon not a sprint.
