Proserv Inc is an oil & energy company which provides products, services and bespoke solutions to clients across the drilling, production, decommissioning and offshore wind market sectors.

Richard is an extremely highly motivated, commercially shrewd and technically proficient senior manager. He is currently providing a business development function which is heavily reliant on his strong subsea engineering experience. Richard provides technical solutions to his clients that often consist of complex issues or problems. From an engineering perspective Richard has extensive Oil & Gas knowledge with regards all aspects of onshore and offshore systems, architecture and requirements. He has over 30 years engineering experience. Originally training as a Civil/Structural engineer, Richard has spent the last 22 years in the service side of the Oil and Gas Sector in a variety of positions. During this time he has amassed a great deal of knowledge with regards to the efficient running and development of oilfield service companies, whilst providing exemplary service and quality. He also has extensive experience in project engineering and management of a variety of projects from Subsea developments to Offshore Platform EPIC contracts. He has run both sales and project teams to deliver on target and on cost projects. As a line manager Richard has for many years now been responsible for a team of engineers. Being responsible for their development and performance, managing their work loads and responsibilities. He is very familiar with line management, preparing reports, managing and setting budgets, P&L etc., setting KPI’s and carrying out assessments of them.
