Nick is a Finance leader with over 14 years of experience in FP&A, mergers and acquisitions, valuation and business modeling, and external audit. He has overseen the development of the FP&A function at a middle market software company and has consulted private equity clients on deals spanning a variety of industries and locations. Nick is a level 3 CFA candidate with expertise in financial modeling and strategic planning. He has advised on technical accounting and external reporting issues, including derivatives valuation, hedge accounting, and software revenue recognition. He achieved IFRS accreditation with EY in 2009.
