I take ownership in all I do. That goes for the wins and failures. If I do fail (and I have), I learn from it. I am smart, but there are a lot of people smarter than me. The important thing is realizing you don’t know everything and valuing the input of others. Talking is fun, but it is more fun to turn talking into something real and tangible. Products and solutions must be centered around actual input from the customer/user on what they need/want, not what you think they want/need. I love humor and sarcasm. I don’t think people should take things so seriously. I think there are always ways to make things better. I am never content. The moment something becomes recurring or monthly, I get bored. Family should always be a priority. Family should be your foundation, not your job. I want to be a role model and inspiration for my children. I want to make an impact in the community.
