With my many hats in Human Resources, corporate recruiting has been a primary focus. As a corporate recruiter, I am the first point of contact to applicants to the orientation stage of the first week. I play a role in other various other HR responsibilities such as human relations, retention efforts, event planning, and created /maintain various monthly HR metrics. I am also the Executive Assistant to our EVP & COO. Obtained FINRA Licenses 6, 63, Human Resource Management Certification - UCSB Extension December 2013.
