With my team, I plan, perform and report on financial due diligence for acquisitions and capital raisings, prepare businesses for sale and provide Independent expert’s reports for ASX-listed company transactions. As Pitcher Partners Sydney’s Partner, Business Advisory and Assurance, I sign off audits and half-year reviews of financial reports, perform the investigating accountant’s role and provide reports on historical and forecast financials for inclusion in prospectuses and offer documents. I particularly enjoy working with clients and their advisors to plan and implement merger and acquisition (M&A) strategies so they can realise their corporate objectives in a seamless, commercially astute manner.
