I have a pragmatic, common sense approach to HR management, which enables the development of sound business focused working relationships primarily with senior management and business leaders. I have a sound understanding of UK employment law, have managed significant TUPE processes from commencement to implementation and have had extensive dealings with payroll departments providing me with commercial exposure and awareness in each of my HR roles. My foremost skill is in client relationship development and maintenance built on my customer services background and this remains the element of my role that I find the most rewarding and challenging.
