Senior Lead Analyst and Device Engineer with teams sized from 2 to 28 Testers/QA Analysts for both Manual and Automated testing efforts in Scrum, Agile, Iterative and waterfall methodologies using tools such as HP ALM/Quality Center, Rational Suite Test Studio, Quick Test Professional and Bug tracking tools. • Proficiency in developing and implementing QA Documentation (system test plans/quality plan/test procedures) from Business & Functional specifications as well as Software/Product Development Process Documents • Strong skills & experience in planning and executing white box and black box testing which includes functional, system, integration, regression, stress, load and user acceptance testing. • Extensive experience in Test estimation, scheduling, version control using various tools with strong Project/Test Management skills. • Expert in design, development and maintenance of automated functional/regression & performance test suites that are executed before recommending the readiness for deployment. • In-depth understanding of Object-oriented concepts, Software QA methods and techniques including creation/maintenance of test plans, test cases and test requirements and tracibility matrices, automated test scripts as well as executing tests and analyzing tests results. • Have excellent written, communication, organizational, team building skills and have demonstrated ability to perform individually and to work well with in a team environment.
