As a CEO at Paragon Customers Communications UK, I take great pride in collaborating with our talented team of professionals to help drive strategic direction of four business streams. I launched my career with Howitt Ltd as a business development manager and over the last 20 years I have rapidly advanced through various roles under the umbrella of Lateral Group. I thrive on challenges and have been involved in several mergers and acquisitions, driving business vision and growth. Resilient and tenacious, I have worked through economically challenging and turbulent times including the current pandemic and previous large scale organisational restructures. I lead four business streams across customer experience and marketing, business process and transactional, digital customer experience, and workplace solutions. I try to be an inspiring manager and trusted advisor with a focus primarily on the growth and well-being of the staff, putting their needs first and helping them develop and perform as highly as possible. I accomplish my goals by building relationships at every level both within and outside of the organisation, collaborating with colleagues, establishing clear goals and solving problems. I value people and as a result can work effectively with various types of people, bring them together and achieving goals.
